Coronavirus (Covid-19) Service Delivery Changes

The ITC is changing the way we deliver interpreting services due to COVID-19.

The ITC counter is no longer open to the public. The ITC customer service and administrative teams are working remotely.

Translations — please email your request with a high-quality jpeg or other specified format. We can no longer receive translation requests over the counter or by post.

Interpreting — All interpreting bookings are now delivered by phone or video. This is for public health and the safety of our interpreters.

Phone bookings — Our ability to manage phone bookings is reduced. Please restrict requests made by phone to urgent or complex bookings to keep the lines open for hospitals and emergency services. We encourage you to submit booking requests via email or the ITC website.
