Telephone Interpreting

ITC can provide you with qualified and experienced interpreters to assist with two and three-way telephone interpreting.

Phone interpreting bookings are generally recommended for:

  • emergency situations
  • short time frame assignments, or
  • geographically remote locations where face to face interpreting services are not available.

Bear in mind that country of origin does not necessarily identify language. 'Sudanese' could be Dinka, Bari, Ma'di or Nuer; 'Filipino' could be Tagalog, Cebuan or Ilocano; please discuss your specific requirements with our trained customer service officers when you make your booking.
