If you believe the Department of Human Services has failed to comply with the IPPs and/or this privacy statement, please contact the Department of Human Services via the Department Feedback and Complaints options.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, you are able to lodge a written complaint with the Privacy Committee of South Australia.
